What we collect

We only collect personal data when you send us a message through the contact form. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry and nothing else.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this website.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by people rather than automated programs. Turnstile runs only on the contact page, uses no cookies, and its data is used only to stop spam.

Who we share your data with

When you send the contact form, your message is emailed to us through Postmark, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act only on our instructions and may process your data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep your data

The website itself does not store your message. It is delivered to our inbox, where we keep it for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. The email delivery service keeps a record of sent messages for a limited period, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
